Hotel Accommodations:
We have reserved a block of rooms at The Four Seasons Resort, Aviara at a discounted rate of $345 per night from September 30 through October 3. Information on making your room reservation will be sent by FORTUNE in an email.
Checkout time at the Four Seasons is 12 noon. If you require late checkout on the day of your departure, please call the front desk directly. The hotel will accommodate you, if possible.

Attire:
Summit attire is business casual during the day sessions and cocktail wear on the first evening. The second evening will be more casual; skirts or slacks are appropriate. We recommend you bring a light jacket, sweater, or wrap for the evenings, which can turn quite chilly when the sun goes down.
Climate:
Temperatures in Carlsbad (North San Diego) in October vary from a high of 70-75°F during the day to a low of 55-60° at night.
Transportation:
The Four Seasons Resort, Aviara is a 35- to 45-minute drive from San Diego International Airport (SAN) and a 60- to 70-minute drive from Orange County Airport (SNA).
Private Aircraft
McClellan-Palomar airport in Carlsbad is a
5- to 10-minute drive from the Four Seasons which services ONLY corporate and private jets.
FORTUNE will be providing complimentary ground transportation to/from San Diego International Airport and McClellan-Palomar airport ONLY from October 1 through October 3.
Parking
Parking is available at the Four Seasons for a fee of $29 per 24 hours.
