What is the registration fee for Fortune MPW Next Gen?
The registration fee of $3,500 includes the complete program, scheduled meals, activities, and conference materials. Participants are responsible for their own travel and hotel charges.
How do I register?
Participation in Fortune MPW Next Gen is by invitation only, and subject to approval. Please submit an application here. If your application is accepted, you will receive a confirmation with detailed logistical information and a link to submit your registration payment.
We also accept nominations of qualified women. Please submit a nomination form here. All nominations are reviewed, and women who are accepted will receive an invitation to register for the Summit.
Can I transfer or cancel my registration?
Registration is non-transferable. Since registration is extended to specific individuals and subject to approval, no substitutions are permitted. In addition, because our events not only sell out, but also have long wait lists, we cannot guarantee your registration past the payment deadline. How do I book a hotel room?
We reserve blocks of rooms at hotels for event participants, but participants are responsible for booking their own hotel rooms. Once your registration has been confirmed and payment has been received, the event’s staff for the event will provide information about accommodations. All reservation and billing questions should be directed to the hotel at which you have booked. If the room block is full, you can contact the hotel(s) directly and request to be added to the waitlist. If you need more information about accommodations, please contact Birgit.Kiernan@timeinc.com.
How do I submit a speaker nomination?
Please submit all speaker nominations to Lindsey Green at email@example.com and include the executive’s bio and a few paragraphs about his or her expertise. We recommend submitting nominations more than three months prior to the conference, as speaking opportunities are limited closer to the event. We also review registered participants for appropriate speaking roles.
You will receive a confirmation that your submission has been received, and we will be in touch with more information if there is an opening. While registration is not required to be considered for a speaking role, if accepted to participate as a speaker, the normal registration fee applies.
