MPW Summit FAQ

What is the fee for the 2017 Fortune MPW Summit?
The MPW Summit 2017 membership is $10,000, and includes non-transferable invitations to five 2017 events:

  • The Fortune MPW International Summit in Hong Kong, February 28, 2017
  • The Fortune MPW “Evening With…” dinner in Washington, D.C., April 27, 2017
  • The Fortune MPW “Evening With…” dinner in New York, May 15, 2017
  • The Fortune MPW International Summit in London, June 12-13, 2017
  • The Fortune Most Powerful Women Summit, Washington D.C., October 9-11, 2017

The 2017 membership fee includes the complete program, activities, scheduled meals, and conference materials for each event. Participants are responsible for their own travel and hotel charges. The staff for each event will provide information about accommodations after payment is received.

How do I register?
Membership and participation in the Fortune MPW Summit is by invitation only, and subject to approval. If your application is accepted, you will receive a confirmation with detailed logistical information and a link to submit your registration payment. You will receive invitations for the other 2017 events.

May I transfer or cancel my registration?
Registration is non-transferable. Since registration is extended to specific individuals and subject to approval, no substitutions are permitted. In addition, because the Summit sells out, and has an extensive wait list, we cannot guarantee your registration past the payment deadline.

Cancellations are subject to the cancellation policy outlined at the time of payment. If you have questions or wish to request changes to your registration, please contact Birgit Kiernan at Birgit.Kiernan@timeinc.com.

May I attend the MPW International Summits if I don’t attend the 2017 MPW Summit?
Yes, there are limited opportunities to join MPW International Summits. If you are not attending the MPW Summit in October, the cost of attending the MPWI Summit in Hong Kong in February is $950 and the MPWI Summit in London in June is $2,200.

How do I book a hotel room for the MPW Summit?
We reserve blocks of rooms at hotels for event participants, but participants are responsible for booking their own hotel rooms.  Once your Summit registration has been confirmed and payment has been received, Fortune will send you information on how to make your hotel reservation. How do I submit a speaker nomination for the MPW Summit?
Please submit all speaker nominations to Lindsey Green at lindsey_green@fortuneconf.com and include the executive’s bio and a few paragraphs about his or her expertise. We recommend submitting nominations more than three months prior to the conference, as speaking opportunities are limited closer to the event. We also review registered participants for appropriate speaking roles.

You will receive a confirmation that your submission has been received, and we will be in touch with more information if there is an opening. While registration is not required to be considered for a speaking role, if accepted to participate as a speaker, the normal registration fee applies.
