What is the registration fee for Fortune Brainstorm TECH?
The registration fee of $6,500 includes the complete program, scheduled meals, activities, and conference materials. Participants are responsible for their own travel and hotel charges. Participants who register before September 30, 2016 are eligible for a discounted registration fee of $5,900.

How do I register?
Participation in Fortune Brainstorm TECH is by invitation only, and subject to approval. If your application is accepted, you will receive a confirmation with detailed logistical information and a link to submit your registration payment.

Can I transfer or cancel my registration?
* As invitations are extended to specific individuals, and are subject to approval, substitutions are only permitted with Fortune’s approval before June 17, 2017 under the following circumstances:
The request must be received in writing and the person nominated for substitution must submit a registration form.
Any nomination for substitution must be of equivalent seniority or higher in the same organization as the original invitee.
Fortune reserves the right to decline substitution requests (even if they meet the above criteria).
A $500 substitution fee will be charged for approved substitutions.
Cancellations are subject to the cancellation policy outlined at the time of payment.

How do I book a hotel room?
We reserve blocks of rooms at hotels for event participants, but participants are responsible for booking their own hotel rooms. Once your registration has been confirmed and payment has been received, Fortune will send you information on how to make your hotel reservation. How do I submit a speaker nomination?
Please submit all speaker nominations to Lindsey Green at lindsey_green@fortuneconf.com and include the executive’s bio and a few paragraphs about his or her expertise. We recommend submitting nominations more than three months prior to the conference, as speaking opportunities are limited closer to the event. We also review registered participants for appropriate speaking roles.

You will receive a confirmation that your submission has been received, and we will be in touch with more information if there is an opening. While registration is not required to be considered for a speaking role, if accepted to participate as a speaker, the normal registration fee applies.
