Resonate Awards

Resonate Awards

The Resnick Sustainability Institute at the California Institute of Technology is pleased to announce the inaugural Resonate awards. The Resonate awards highlight the achievements of innovators who have generated unsung new ideas or contributions to the field of sustainability. The first Resonate awards will be presented at Fortune Brainstorm GREEN in Laguna Niguel, Calif., in May 2014.

Nominees come from a variety of fields, including science, technology, economics, and public policy. Their work charts new pathways or provides solutions with long-term impacts on the primary challenges to achieving global sustainability. These challenges include meeting the world’s energy needs sustainably, providing water and food for a growing world population, providing a healthy environment, and improving people’s access to the resources they need to live a productive life. By highlighting these seminal achievements, the Resnick Sustainability Institute, through the Resonate awards, hopes to empower the solutions and innovators bringing us closer to a sustainable world.
